Action Community Theater and Action Community Church will present A
Christmas Carol: A Live Radio Play , taking place at 101 Sunnyside, Clovis CA 9361 on
December 13th, 14th, 15th, 20th, 21st.
A Christmas Carol: A Live Radio Play features 6 actors performing over 40 roles and live foley sound effects.
Action Community Theater (ACT) is proud to bring live theater to everyone by providing free
entry to this Christmas classic. ACT’s goal is to make theater accessible for all and raise
awareness and money for the humanitarian crisis in Greece. Donations will be collected and all
proceeds from concessions will go to aiding Syrian refugees in Greece through ACT’s
partnership with Refugee Response Project.
A Christmas Carol: A Live Radio Play is free of charge and seating is limited. Reserve your
tickets at www.ActionCommunityTheater.com
Performances on December 13th,14th, 20th, 21st begin at 7pm.
Performances on December 15th begin at 9am and 11 am.

ArtHop occurs every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. It’s one of the most active and successful programs organized by theFresno Arts Council. Art lovers and enthusiasts from all walks of life flock downtown Fresno and the Tower District on the first Thursday of each month, and the rest of ArtHop venues in the Fresno metro areas on third Thursdays, to meet and greet with the artists and enjoy the reception and music. Museums, studios, galleries and other venues open their exhibitions to the public at 5:00 p.m. and run the free event until 8:00 p.m.
ArtHop has received a remarkable response from the Fresno community. Over 50 participating artist studios, galleries, museums, and other venues exhibit art and artists reception during ArtHop, and it has become both a cultural and special event for the community with a great deal of media coverage.

Join us to celebrate the return of the migratory Bald Eagles! Each winter, eagles overwinter along the shores of Millerton Reservoir. This is a free, easy 2-to-3 mile hike to view these magnificent birds. Guides Judy J. and Judy H. are avid birders who love to share their passion and knowledge with the public. PLEASE NOTE: While bald eagle sightings are highly likely, they are not guaranteed.
We will be meeting at the River Center (11605 Old Friant Rd, Fresno, CA) at 8:30 am, and will carpool to Millerton from there. Please dress appropriately for a day outdoors (long pants, closed toed shoes, etc.) and bring sunscreen, binoculars, and water. Leader(s) will have some loaner binoculars available. This is a rain or shine event. Children 12+ welcome, no dogs please.

Welcome 2020 with a morning observing the migrating bald eagles. Each winter, eagles overwinter along the shores of Millerton Reservoir. Join the River Parkway Trust and Fresno Audubon for an Introduction to Birding Class at the Coke Hallowell Center for River Studies.
Class participants will learn how to use binoculars, why birding is a fun and valuable hobby, and about the resources available to help identify birds. After the initial class work, participants will accompany Fresno Audubon experts on a bird walk around the River Center property including the Hidden Homes Trail. This class will begin at the Wisteria Shade Arbor just north of the Ranch House.
Participants should bring binoculars, snacks, water, and sun protection. Fresno Audubon will have binoculars to loan for anyone who doesn’t have their own pair.
There is no cost to attend. Children are welcome.
