Food trucks have become quite popular in Fresno, and not just among the younger generations. There have been multiple locations where food trucks go on a regular basis, including Enzo’s Table, Gazebo Gardens, Tioga-Sequoia Brewing Co, Eatin’ on Eaton, and CartHop. No matter where you go, you’ll find good food. Here are a few of the vendors you can expect to find.

Dusty Buns Bistro has locations in Fresno and San Francisco, but they also take their food truck around to local venues. They offer local, organic sandwiches with fresh, seasonal California ingredients, and they hand make every bun!
