New restaurants are popping up all over Fresno and we’ve got a list of some of the best ones that opened in 2018.

  1. Little Fat Dumpling
  2. Little Fat Dumpling opened up at the Park Cross Shopping Center at Friant and Fresno. They specialize in making hand-made, fresh Chinese dumplings.   4. So it isn’t a restaurant, but we think new coffee shops count too! Fulton Street Coffee is everything you want in a coffee shop. The owner, Omar Vargas, makes sure that the coffee he buys is paid for fairly and is grown organically. They make traditional drinks and also venture out to be different.   6. Lazy Dog serves all different kinds of food including burgers, pizza, soups and more, all while letting you sit outside on their spacious patio with your dog.   8. BurgerIM offers gourmet burger while letting you create your own. They offer a variety of options for buns, toppings, and sauces to go with their gourmet patties. They also serve chicken wings, salads, sandwiches, and more. BurgerIM is located at 228 E. River Park Circle, Fresno CA 93720.

  10. The Chicken Shack has been extremely popular since it opened up its location in Fresno. They serve wings, chicken fingers, burgers, sandwiches, salads, wraps, chili, and their most popular item – buffalo chicken fries. They have over 30 sauces and are constantly creating new ones.
