St. Patrick’s Day in Fresno

There are lots of events coming up for St. Patrick’s Day in Fresno this year! From different Irish pubs to dancing to running, there is something for everyone. Here are some of the St. Patrick’s Day events in Fresno.

St. Patrick’s Day Run

The 3rd annual St. Patrick’s Day Run takes place on Saturday, March 16th. Wear green and get 2-side leprechaun medallions, a green event shirt, green goodies, and for those over 21 years of age, you’ll get green beer. There are three different run/walk races you can choose from:

  • Shamrock 4 Mile Run/Walk – $35 @ 9am
  • Green 2 Miler – $35 @ 9am
  • Virtual Run – $40 @ 9am

St. Paddy’s Day Comedy Show Headlining Connor McSpadden

IRISH PUBS

If you want something a little more traditional in Ireland, try out some of the Irish pubs!
Shenanigan’s Irish Pub and Grill is located on Cedar Avenue, just south of Herndon. They have different events throughout the week including live music, DJs, and karaoke. On Tuesdays, they have $1 tacos and $6 margaritas. They have 10 tv’s, over 150 different liquors, 15 beers on tap, and 16 different bottles of beer.

Grogg’s Traditional Irish Pub is located on the corner of Willow and Nees in Clovis. Grogg’s is your friendly neighborhood pub serving food, beer, and spirits. Monday through Friday they have happy hour from 2 p.m. to 6.pm. serving $3 Jameson, Fireballs, and all well-drinks, $2 off all appetizers, $1 off all draft beers.
