There are all kinds of events to choose from to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Fresno. From different Irish pubs to dancing to running, there is something for everyone. Here are some of the St. Patrick’s Day Events in Fresno.
If you love Irish culture, this the event to go to! St. Patrick’s Day in Ireland takes place on March 15th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Tower Theatre. There will be music, song, and dancing all from the Irish culture! Irish dance will be led by Connor Reider, the song by The Kerry Voice Squad, and music straight from Ireland. This event is family friendly, so everyone is welcome. Tickets range from $22.50 to $42.50.
There are two choices for the St. Patrick’s Day Run – the Green 2 Miler or the Shamrock 4 Mile Run/Walk. The run will take place at the Woodward Park Shinzen Activity Area on Saturday, March 11th. The fee for both races is $35 for ages 10 and up. Ages 9 and under are $25. If you are a member of the Sierra Challenge Express Running Club, you’ll receive a 10% discount. What makes this event so fun is you can make teams and dress up in your crazy Irish get-up. You also have the option of making a donation to the American Heart Association.
