Looking for something fun and safe to do with your kids this Halloween?  There are lots of great things to do in the community. Here are some highlights!

Harvest Fest at Adventure Community Church

harvestfest2016Located in the Tower District, Adventure Community Church is hosting Harvest Fest for the 6th year in a row. Over 1,000 pounds of candy will be given away. Some highlights from their event include trunk or treating, face painting, games for children of all ages, Live hip hop music from local artist Seven-T, and give-aways. Non-scary costumes are welcome.

This is where our family will be, and we’ve attended for the last five years. The kids love it because candy is given away by the handfuls, and there is always lots of good stuff! You know, CHOCOLATE! (Twix, Kit-Kat, Snickers, M&M’s, etc.).  So if you and your family come, find me and say “hi”!
