Local Non-Profit Making a Global Impact

As the old saying goes, to change the world you have to start somewhere. An organization headquartered here in the Central Valley is doing just that. When I Grow Up is a non-profit organization based in Reedley, CA that was founded in 2006. Their mission is to empower children out of extreme poverty.  Their focus is on changing the future for children living in darkest and most poverty stricken places on the planet. They currently reach regions in Kenya, Haiti, and Guatemala by providing poverty stricken children with education, clothing, meals, healthcare and counseling.  Their organization reaches over 7,000 people a day.
