Dog-Friendly Businesses in Fresno

Sometimes you just don’t want to leave your dog at home. Luckily, there are a number of dog-friendly businesses in Fresno that you can take your pup to. Here are some of the places you can go with your dog.

  • Lowes

There was a controversy a couple of years ago that said Lowes didn’t allow dogs into their stores anymore, but they do. Dogs particularly love Lowes because of all the smells of building materials and plants. Lowes is located at 7651 N Blackstone Avenue.

  • Home Depot

Home Depot allows dogs as well, and dogs love it for all the same reasons as Lowes. There are three Home Depot locations in Fresno. The Fresno north location is at 7150 N Abby Street. The Fresno west location is at 3272 W Shaw Avenue. The Fresno south location is at 4864 E Kings Canyon Road. There is also a location in Clovis at 845 W Shaw Avenue.

  • TGI Fridays

TGI Fridays is one of the few chain restaurants that allows dogs. Of course, they are only allowed on the back patio for health code reasons. Make sure you call ahead to see if there is room on the patio. TGI Fridays is located at 1077 E Herndon Avenue.

  • Meze Mediterranean House Grill

Meze Mediterranean House Grill has an outdoor patio that is dog-friendly. They even put down grass for your pup to enjoy. Meze Mediterranean is located at 552 E Olive Avenue.

  • Dai Bai Dang

Dai Bai Dang is an Asian cuisine restaurant in River Park Shopping Center. They allow dogs at their outdoor tables. It is located at 165 E Paseo Del Centro.

  • Gazebo Gardens Cart Hop

Gazebo Gardens Cart Hop is where Fresno’s favorite food trucks come out and park their trucks. It is every Friday and Saturday night with live music. Dogs are allowed all around the garden and they even have dog treats at the bar. Gazebo Gardens is located at 3204 N Van Ness Boulevard.

  • El Cinchona Contento

This traditional Mexican restaurant serves fajitas, tacos, and even food and water for your dog. They welcome dogs on the patio tables. It is located at 88 E Olive Avenue.

  • Tioga-Sequoia Brewing Beer Garden

This brewery offers craft beers year round and seasonal craft brews. They also offer dog cookies to your pup. They are located at 745 Fulton Street.

  • Starving Artist Bistro

Starving Artist Bistro has burgers, sandwiches, and specialty hot dogs. They also have live music that features local artists. Dogs are welcome on the patio. They are located at 9447 N Fort Washington Road.

  • Rocket Dog Gourmet Brats and Brews

Rocket Dog has salads, sausages with all the fix-ins, and sandwiches. Their outdoor seating is open to dogs. They are located at 88 E Shaw Avenue.

  • Field House

Field House has great food and offers Sunday brunch with mimosas. They have an outdoor seating area that welcomes dogs. They are located at 2042 E Copper Avenue #101.

  • Batter Up Pancakes

Batter Up Pancakes has amazing buttermilk pancakes. They are usually pretty crowded so call ahead to make sure they have room outside for you and your pup. They are located at 8029 N Cedar Avenue.

  • Cafe Via

This Italian restaurant has pizza and pasta as well as beer and wine. Their outside patio is pet-friendly. They are located at 6640 Blackstone Avenue.
